This amazing long-term CNC Grinder contract role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading engineering business covering Motorsport & Automotive projects based in Northamptonshire. Using your knowledge of precision CNC Grinding machines and CNC machined components experience, you will be a key member within the engineering teams, and the successful candidate that fills this position is crucial to the future success of this dynamic company. You will be responsible for driving exceptional productivity, efficiency and quality during each shift, establishing a culture of excellence that drives a change/development in behaviour from others, and identifying opportunities to improve. In order for you to be a great success in this role, you will need to be skilled at setting and operating Studer grinding machines within a high precision engineering environment whilst always having an eye for detail. Please note this role will start on days before moving onto a 4 days on 4 days off 4 nights on 4 nights off shift rotation.
