We provide paid training and qualifications. We are looking for enthusiastic Male Support Workers to join the team for a young Gentleman in Bristol. Mark is a young man who has a wide range of passions and interests. With the right motivational support he will have a go at anything. Mark strives to be as independent as possible. He is looking for people who are resilient, passionate and enabling person with a positive outlook to life to join his team. Mark has support with him 24 hours/day. If successful you would join a small team supporting him working on a rota basis which is agreed in advance. He enjoys days out, bike riding, swimming, gardening, visiting his family and spending time outdoors. This is a rewarding role where you will be adding value and making a person's life better every day. It is essential to have a full UK Drivers licence to be considered for this role due to the requirements of the people we support. You will provide: Support with getting out and about Promoting independence and decision making Promoting social inclusion and positive engagement in the community Work together with the behaviour support team and the family to provide the best possible support.
