The Job An opportunity for a Java Developer who loves everything about coding to join an award winning team within the financial Services sector. As a Java Developer you will be building, supporting and maintaining an enterprise class complex web applications which is highly configurable and Data Driven. You will be working in an agile environment with a fantastic group of people, solving complex challenges. To deliver this advanced software you will be working with Java 8, Spring and Hibernate, Kubernetes and Docker and more. About You You will be an excellent communicator with a true passion for coding and take an innovative approach to problem solving. As a Java Developer you will have ideally have two plus years of commercial experience and preferably have knowledge of the associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate). You will be working in a busy environment with some fast moving projects that require attention detail, experience of working in Test Driven environments would be an advantage. Having experience of the Technologies that this team are using are a great advantage but not all essential. The key thing you will need is strong Java core experience and a love for writing great code even in your spare time. You will need a great attitude and any Java certifications will be a bonus, again not essential, if you are willing to learn they will help you get certified.
