Overview
Production Engineer Bristol, Avon £35,000 to £40,000 per year The Opportunity: To join my highly successful audio visual and telecommunications company in the heart of Bristol. You will be responsible for the rigorous quality assurance of in-house testing of all client-assigned equipment and integrated audio-visual rack systems to ensure their 100% operational status. As a production engineer you will assist with all R&D projects including the comprehensive evaluation and testing of existing and new technologies and the interoperability of different manufacturer products with the objective of augmenting the Company’s portfolio of solutions and services NB: All interviews will be done via video link (Skype or similar) due to COVID-19. Skills and Experience: You must have experience of designing/deploying integrated commercial AV solutions CTS-I and/or CTS-D qualification Contribute fully to the Company’s commitment to the annual C.H.A.S. certification and the ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001 certifications, complying with all audit requirements and objectives Excellent analytical and time management skills Good team working skills with a problem-solving attitude Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Company’s policies and vision and how the production area contributes to these. Ensure the production area is utilised in the most efficient way, fulfilling all quality and environmental objectives. Maintain an up to date, daily record of all significant activities and communications with all clients and prospects through the CRM database.
