Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for an amazing luxury Italian jewellery boutique in Mayfair. It's an exciting opportunity to join this beautiful brand as a Store Manager where you will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. Key Responsibilities Maximise the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, regional office team Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management Ensure policies, standards and Giovanni Raspini procedures are communicated and implemented You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store's operations and budget Requirements: Passionate about luxury retail and be proud to be an ambassador for a customer service focused, desired product and brand You should be a true people person and lead from the front to ensure your store delivers a world class service and an 'on brand' customer experience Strong commercial management, visual merchandising and focused on exceeding KPI expectations Minimum 2-5 years retail experience in the same position English fluent and Italian speaking skill is a plus Computer literacy Ensure grooming standards are complied with internal guidelines Immaculate presentation Able to motivate, inspire and influence a diverse and dispersed workforce Strong analytical skills If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the stated requirements, please forward your updated CV.
