Overview
Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund is a national registered charity who are committed to making a positive difference to the lives of children fighting cancer, and their families. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but friendly Basildon based team as a Charity Fundraiser. You will be responsible for generating income in the community by contacting businesses and inviting them to get involved with our fundraising campaigns to support the incredible work we do. This exciting and challenging role is an ideal opportunity for someone with lots of confidence, a bright personality and excellent communication skills. Full time or part-time available (weekdays, between 9am and 5pm) £9 - £11 per hour Office or home-based Requirements You do not need any formal qualifications, in fact, all we ask is that you: Have a bubbly, professional and persuasive personality with an ability to build relationships and a rapport with potential supporters. Have a motivated, can-do attitude Are committed, reliable and resilient. Previous telesales or call centre experience would be an advantage but not essential.
