Overview
This is an interesting, varied role supporting a well-established company with over 32 years trading, based in Aldershot. You will work alongside a supportive and close-knit team ensuring all client interaction runs smoothly. Duties: - Dealing with all incoming calls and emails - Meet and greet visitors - Assist with all administration duties - Entering information onto our CRM system - Social media updates and posts Skills: - 5 year checkable work/ education history - Experience in a working busy office environment - Excellent communication skills via email, telephone and face-to-face - Strong team player - Adaptable and able to use own initiative to resolve queries and problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel - Strong customer focus, with a friendly and professional manner - Knowledge of sales, marketing and social media - Knowledge of vetting In return they offer: - Salary between £18k - £21k per annum (Subject to experience).
