Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester. Base £20,000. Including commission, first year earnings £25,000 - £35,000. Second year earning £45,000. They recruit into numerous markets from Life Sciences to Finance to Engineering which makes it a great versatile place to work that will develop skills from day one. Sourcing candidates Heading Filtering through CVS Phone interviewing Judging whether the candidate is a fit for your client Liaising with the senior team Characteristics needed: Degree 2:2 minimum Confident Strong character Drive to succeed Money hungry Customer focused Commercial savvy Able build relationships with ease Good communicator Sales experience preferable Due to the huge volume of applications for this graduate scheme, a phone interview will not be guaranteed for all applications.
