eCommerce Logistics / Fulfilment Analyst Sutton Coldfield £40,000 I am currently recruiting for an eCommerce Fulfilment Analyst to join a leading retailer based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham Working for an international business this exciting role offers vast scope to deliver real change and to influence the business as a whole. As the eCommerce Fulfilment Analyst, you will enjoy working in a busy fast paced retail environment; interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders from across the wider business. Some of your duties will include: Investigate operational requirements, problems and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes to meet growing business goals Producing insightful and rigorous data analysis in a variety of commercial situations to drive business change Managing and delivering wide scale logistics projects You will apply your industry experience to implement and define new warehouse designs and operating procedures. You will develop business cases for change and articulate your requirements to technical / development teams to deliver improvements to technology for Business benefit. You will refine and improve the reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs on the performance of the e-Commerce fulfilment operation Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends, best practices and technologies Key requirement for the role. Experience of defining and managing project plans. Previous experience within the logistics & supply chain sector, ideally within a FMCG business. Proven delivery and budget management experience is desirable. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to build trust enabling the management and influencing of stakeholders at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels. Ability to demonstrate Business Analysis to drive change & solve problems Technically minded but commercially driven. Logical and efficient with a keen attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. Experience in web technologies & fast-moving web environments, including an awareness of the different requirements for mobile technologies and platforms. Aptitude for multi-tasking, working to emerging & tight timelines with a can-do attitude.
