Job Title: Network Architect Location: Cambridge Salary: Competitive Job type: Full time, Permanent Are you a looking for a role where your service provider expertise and extensive hardware knowledge can make a real difference? As the Network Architect you will be responsible for active maintenance of our product portfolio, developing existing as well as new products and services by identifying core needs of both our existing client base and prospective future clients. The role: Responsible for full product development lifecycle, from initial scope and design through development to production release and ongoing maintenance Accountability for end-to-end service to ensure SLA's are met and service quality is meeting the customer's requirements Develop sales strategies alongside sales leaders, providing supporting documentation and training Ensure release processes to business / commercial teams and to technical teams are fit for purpose and actively followed so that product enhancements are successfully transitioned from development into production Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers and key influencers in associated verticals What we need from you? Expert in Service Provider networks, with demonstrable experience working with MPLS, BGP, OSPF and other associated technologies Strong hardware knowledge including routing & switching platforms from Cisco, Juniper & Mikrotik Demonstrable experience of owning and managing a product line, including forecasting, Product design & development, P&L responsibility etc. What's in it for you?
