Overview
Credit Manager required by fast growing service provider, Lincoln Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a leading fast growing service provider in the Lincoln area. Your new role This newly created role allows the company to increase the centralisation of their accounts function and to improve the effectiveness and visibility of their debt position/risk. Managing a credit team and reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all aspects of debt chasing and management including bad debt provision and risk assessment. You will set and manage team targets and attend weekly meetings with the management team to discuss issues, write offs and for reporting purposes. What you'll need to succeed You will have recent and relevant high level commercial debt management experience working in direct contact with senior management. Strong credit and risk analysis as well as bad debt and litigation skills. You will have excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. You will enjoy working in a dynamic and fast moving culture and be able to adapt regularly to change.
