Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Business Administrator to join a local commercial service provider at a time of new and exciting growth. The role will cover all administration functions for a small office with a large client base and will join a hardworking, down to Earth and fun company culture. Job Description: The Part Time Administrator will concentrate on the smooth administrative activities to support the overall operation of the business, to provide the best service possible to its clients and employees. The Business Administrator will: Support with HR and employee relations tasks - covering absence management, employee grievances and sickness Manage personnel files and provide HR administration support Ensure all employee qualifications and certificates are up to date and recorded Provide facilities management across the office; ensuring all health and safety and facilities are up to standard Candidate Requirements: As the Part Time Business Administrator, you will be a proactive and organised individual with a passion for working within a diverse and fast paced role.
