Overview
Job Summary Are you a Pathways trainer? Due to the increased demand in 111, we’re looking for additional 111 Pathways Trainers who can hit the ground running and lead the way in training new Health Advisors You will be working with the IUC Training and Quality Manager, the Network Clinical and Operational trainers and the National Contact Centre Trainer to devise, develop, co-ordinate and deliver induction and new starter training. From a new starter’s first day, their time on the foundation bay and through to successful completion, you will be ensuring that each new member of the team are fully competent, confident and autonomous in their role as a Health Advisor. This role is flexible (full time and part time considered; please see below) on either a 3 month fixed term contract or on a Bank basis. Key Responsibilities • Providing a full induction and training for new starters in the call centre including the acquisition of passwords, systems in use and user IDs for all systems used. • Supporting new staff in their Statutory and Mandatory training requirements. • Ensuring Pathways PLMS is updated with all training completed. • Comply with NHS Pathways Quality Assurance Process to audit all Pathways Trainers. • In accordance with the NHS Pathways Licence to ensure Trainer and Trainee • Pathways Passports are completed for all staff. • Required to maintain NHS Pathways level of competency. • To be accountable and responsible for pass-rates of new starters. What We Need From You • To be a qualified NHSP trainer. • A minimum 6 months call handling experience using NHS Pathways. • Experience of training delivery. • In-depth understanding of the 111 Health Advisor and Clinical Advisor roles Responsible to: Contact Centre Manager Additional Information For more information, please contact Ben Howe on . Therefore, the hours available would be during the times below: • Full time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) • Part time (Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00am to 5:00pm, as well as Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00pm to 9:30pm).
