Overview
Role: Construction Administrator (Junior Estimator) Location: Northampton Permanent Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday Pay: £19,000 Are you highly numerate and have a love of analysis & reporting? Do you have excellent attention to detail and currently seeking a new challenge? If so we'd like to hear from you You will be supporting the Managers in ensuring accurate pricing and quotations are produced for customers. Full training will be given, but you must be analytical and accurate. As a Construction Administrator (Junior Estimator) you will be responsible for: Creating accurate quotations, by looking at technical drawings Use Excel to input quantities, prices and produce a highly informative document Record all quotations to ensure information is accurate and up to date Communicate with customer's regarding outstanding queries. In order to be successful as the Construction Administrator (Junior Estimator) you must: Previous experience of producing accurate quotations would be advantageous Analytical - be comfortable with large amounts of information Proficient at interpreting figures IT Literate - Intermediate Excel skills Able to plan & prioritise If you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Construction Administrator (Junior Estimator) role , we would like to hear from you.
