Overview
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exceptional Residential Home for the elderly, specialising in Dementia Care . The home is currently undergoing expansion, so this is a great opportunity to be involved in the design of the new rooms, and to be instrumental in onboarding new residents. RESPONSIBILITIES Duties to include: Day-to-day management of the home Recruitment, induction and training of the staff team CQC compliance Reporting to the operations manager and director Using electronic systems to create and implement care plans Onboarding new residents Maintaining relationships with residents, their families, staff and external bodies PERSON SPECIFICATION We are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of: Successful management of Residential Homes Consistent CQC compliance track record Excellent communication skills REWARDS Salary £35,000 to £37,000 CQC and performance related bonus LOCATION Uttoxeter What Happens Next?
