Overview

An independent family run organisation operating within the construction industry. Description As the Senior HR Manager, key responsibilities include: Day to day management of all employee issues Keeping payroll system and HR files up to date Managing all recruitment: writing job adverts, advertising, interviewing and issuing offer packs Management of all employee relations issues of all levels of complexity Absence management and monitoring attendance Coordinating all disciplinary/grievance processes to ensure correct procedures are followed and appropriate outcomes reached Writing and implementing policies in line with business need, legislation or customer/industry requirement Working closely with the training school to meet the organisations requirements Managing future organisational restructure including TUPE Profile As the Senior HR Manager you will demonstrate: Proven HR management experience at a senior level Expert knowledge on employment law, ideally in the construction industry CIPD qualification of a minimum level 5 Confidentiality and discretion Strong communication skills Great organisational ability and attention to detail The ability to juggle an ever-changing workload and adapt to priorities Experience in using Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Confidence and capability of working effectively as part of a busy team Job Offer As the successful Senior HR Manager, you will receive: Competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience Company vehicle Laptop Mobile Phone Company Pension Life Assurance
