Branch Manager - Stirling At Stevenswood we pride ourselves on being a fast growing trade supplier of the widest range of windows, doors and roofing products on the market. We are looking for an ambitious self starter to join our expanding family - we will empower you to grow and develop your own branch, in this case you would lead our Stirling Trade Counter Branch. With your excellent people and management skills you will lead a small but experienced team of branch assistants and ensure that our trade customers get the best service in town Building relationships with existing and new customers face to face and on the phone, your branch will accurately process quotations and orders, showcase our fantastic product range to increase supply opportunities, and demonstrate all of the added services we offer that help make our customers life easier – helping them to grow their businesses and your branch. Branch Manager Skills & Experience: Experience gained in a trade supply / trade counter environment is highly desirable Specific product knowledge of uPVC windows and doors is an advantage but not essential Previous leadership or team management experience, with the ability to motivate your team through your infectious enthusiasm and drive is critical First class people skills are essential – the ability to connect with your trade customers, which will give you the opportunities to show how we can help them grow, and also to resolve any issues that arise effectively as required A sales driver, commercial in approach with the passion and drive to grow your business - we’ll give you the tools and the support to succeed, we just need you to run with it and make things happen Hands on approach is required to support the branch operations You may have experience of the following: Branch Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Area Manager, BDM, Depot Manager, Trade Counter Manager etc If you can bring your enthusiasm, hard work and passion we will reward you with an exceptional package: Highly competitive salary & fantastic bonus plan 5 weeks annual holiday plus stats and the ability to buy or sell a further 2 days annually 39 hour working week Mon-Fri (no Saturdays, enjoy your weekends) Medical cover, company sick pay, and income protection scheme is available Pension and life assurance, enhanced maternity / paternity pay and childcare vouchers Preferential car lease hires, personal loan schemes, and a wide range of high street discounts, including discounted restaurants, shops, cinemas, gym memberships, holidays, hotels and much more
