Energy Customer Service Advisor - Glasgow - Immediate Start Positions Available: Full time & Part time available No Experience Necessary We have 5 Energy Customer Service Advisor openings. Retail or sales experience isn’t necessary, however, experience in customer-facing roles can be beneficial. Are you confident about working in a fast-paced sales environment? We are working in partnership with one of the UK's fastest growing energy providers and have a great entry-level position for those looking to kick-start a career this new year. The services that we are focusing on for our energy client are conducted through retail events and residential sales. What we can always guarantee our clients is 100% ROI. As we plan to expand into 2 further locations in Scotland this year and 2 in England by the end of 2020 we are looking for ambitious, lively and vibrant individuals looking to grow with a company. The Role Our advisor's mission is to connect consumers with our energy client, our advisors then provide consumers with honest and free advice on the best gas and electricity rates for them. Ultimately the mission for our advisor is to connect them with our client and to save them money on their bills What we are looking for: A team player Open minded individuals looking for a challenge Personable approach Positive can-do attitude The desire for 'more' from a role An excellent communicator both written and verbal What makes us different is our personalised approach we connect with consumers in a personalised way and in doing so we create a long-lasting connection with that consumer.
