Mortgage Advisor £30,000 per annum £40,000 OTE Manchester Monday to Friday Will support through CeMAP - Fantastic opportunity The company: Time Recruitment is representing a multiple award winning, Mortgage company, based in Manchester. The company growing at an exciting rate, following a massively successful 2018, and are looking to expand their highly performing sales department by adding a Mortgage Advisor. Advisors will join a business that provides brilliant leads, and a platform for success where top performers are earning £45,000. The business has a fun, and social working environment, and the business reward performance monthly, and quarterly with additional money incentives, and staff trips, and days out. The position: Mortgage Advisors will handle red hot, incoming enquiries from the UK's leading introducers, and provide end to end Mortgage Advice. The role involves build trust, and relationships with customers, and understanding their circumstances, and requirements before providing advice, and making lending decisions. Advisors will manage a pipeline of deals, and ensure that a first class service is provided throughout. The package: Mortgage Advisors will earn £30,000 per annum, and earn an OTE of £40,000 OTE, with top performers exceeding £45,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, and brilliant incentives are on offer (staff days out / commission top ups).
