Overview
Scrum Master, with strong background of software development and delivery of Agile projects, is required for a leading technology organisation, based in Bournemouth, paying from £50,000 - £55,000. Scrum Master Based in Bournemouth Start ASAP Working for a leading technology organisation £50,000 - £55,000, depending upon background and experience Working within the software development team of a growing technology organisation, the Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software development projects in an Agile environment. This will include creating policies & principles, daily standups, sprint planning, requirements analysis, test strategies & release processes. The Scrum Master will be working very closely with the software development, product and QA testing teams, as well as liaising with business stakeholders. Required Skills: - Excellent Scrum Master background - Excellent experience of software delivery across software development - Agile experience - Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience This position would suit a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager / Agile Coach, who has strong Scrum Master experience for delivery of software development projects.
