Accountancy Practice - Liverpool city centre - Semi Senior Accountant Your new firm You will be working with a long established firm of accountants based in the heart of Liverpool. This firm offer a range of services to their client base including accounting, tax and payroll and they are now looking to appoint a Semi Senior Accountant to their expanding team. Your new role As a Semi Senior at this firm you will be responsible for working with a varied portfolio of clients made up of limited companies, sole traders and limited companies from a wide array of sectors and industries. You will be required to assist in the preparation of year end accounts from incomplete records and prepare VAT and corporate tax returns. What you'll need to succeed In order to undertake this role you must have worked within an accountancy practice for at least 2 years and have had experience preparing year end accounts. You should be able to work to deadlines in an efficient manner and have a high attention to detail. Ideally you will be able to work on various cloud based softwares and should have good communication skills as this role will see you liaise with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
