Inbound Sales Advisor

We are looking for engaging, reliable and enthusiastic Sales and Retention Advisors to work in a reputable Contact Centre on the outskirts of Cardiff. This is an inbound role, in which your duties will include upselling various products to existing customers. You will be put through thorough and in depth training, which includes a combination of classroom based and on the floor training, to ensure you are given all the tools necessary to fulfil your role successfully. Working hours are 37 hours per week are on a shift rotation that you will receive 8 weeks in advance. Shifts are between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (typically a mixture of 8.30-17.00, 9.30-18.00 and 11.30-20.00, and you will work the same shifts the same working week), and will include rotational Saturdays, in which you will get one day off in the week. No Sunday shifts The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar setting, and be somebody who enjoys problem solving, enjoys interaction with customers, can be sensitive and empathetic, likes working in a structured environment, and likes working towards goals and targets.
