Overview

I am currently supporting a great business in the centre of Southampton who are looking for a motivated HR Administrator who can support with the implementation of a new system. Client Details My client are a large manufacturer who are based within central Southampton close to main transport links. Description The HR Administrator will have the following responsibilities: Assist with the implementation of a new HR system You will act as the point of contact for colleague queries relating to the employee life-cycle, to include on-boarding of new starters such as pre-employment checks, contracts of employment, maternity and paternity leave, and processing leavers and job change details Ensure all data is accurately collated and processed within the deadlines for monthly payroll Assisting managers, creating training materials and onboarding packs Digitising all paper records within HR Profile The successful HR Administrator will need to possess the following criteria: Previous experience within a HR environment Previous experience handling large amounts of data Experience using Mitrefinch (preferable) Available within 4 weeks Job Offer The HR Administrator will be joining a business that offer the following benefits: 28 days holiday Great working hours 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday Competitive salary of £22,500 per annum The opportunity of a permanent role after contract ends
