Leading accountancy practice seek accounts semi senior - Wigan - Up to £26,000 (DOE) study support Your new firm A highly established firm in Wigan who offer a wide range of accounting services are seeking an accounts semi senior to join their busy accounts department. This would be an excellent opportunity to join a reputable firm that are currently experiencing sustained growth. Your new role As an Accounts Semi Senior you will be required to work with a variety of clients including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders with turnovers ranging from a few thousand through to the millions. Your role will see you liaise on a daily basis with clients, engaging with them via email and telephone as well as face to face. This Semi Senior position will involve preparing year-end accounts through to partner review ensuring all necessary documentation is provided, tax computations and may include some management accounts. What you'll need to succeed In order to undertake this Wigan based accounts semi senior job, you must have had experience working within an accountancy practice previously. You must have experience preparing year end statutory accounts and should have good communication skills working with a broad range of clients as client liaison is a key part of the role. Candidates who are studying towards or have attained their AAT/ACA/ACCA qualifications will all be considered. This is a fast paced firm so the partners are looking for someone who is able to use their initiative and work to tight deadlines.
