Overview
In this graduate sales support role you will be working with closely with an Account Manager to assist with business development, sales order processing and customer logistics. You will receive a personalised graduate training and development programme and in addition to your basic salary a bonus scheme is also provided (based on achieving/exceeding sales targets). Key Responsibilities of Graduate Sales Support Executive: Making proactive calls to new and existing customers Developing a good understanding of the available products Checking and processing sales orders and general administration Updating and maintaining customer information in CRM system Developing a good business relationship with buyers/technical engineers Providing basic customer technical support (processing and trouble-shooting advice) and escalating to colleagues as required Investigating and resolving any customer delivery issues Sending out sales quotations, datasheets and product samples to customers Raising and processing debit notes, credit notes and customer returns Essential Skills/ Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably in a technically based subject) Any customer service or sales experience would be useful Confident and persuasive telephone manner Ability to meet / exceed volume and revenue sales targets Ability to work well in a team combined with a positive "can do" attitude Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to learn and retain information Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic sales driven environment Candidates' suitability for positions will be judged exclusively on criteria relating to qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
