To be the Client Success agent throughout the client journey you will: Understand the client’s needs, objectives and how they measure success to build long-term trusted advisor relationships and drive continued value for our clients Onboard clients by scheduling, preparing and leading the client kick-off meeting to understand and document their specific needs. Be the main point of contact for the client throughout their journey Resolve challenges as they arise with both internal and external business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met Promote client success best practices with the wider Rainbird team and ensure collaboration between different departments to provide the right support to the client Ensure on-target delivery of resources for subscriptions and packages by defining, building, and maintaining reporting and monitoring capabilities (Insightly, Jira, Harvest) About Us Our mission is to make our clients decision making smarter and customer experiences smoother. We are a growing team of 35 people and whilst you will be working with many other departments such as Development, Knowledge Engineering and Sales, your immediate team will be made up of 5 other people.
