Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor A specialist Real Estate Law firm with offices in England and Wales seek to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cardiff office. This law firm have quite quickly established themselves as a provider of expert, Real Estate legal advice and this is a great time to join them as they continue to grow and take on new clients. You will be required to manage a varied, busy caseload of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development and landlord, tenant matters, Secured lending, Landlord and Tenant and Development work. The successful candidate will have around 3 years post qualified experience and be confident and comfortable with managing your own caseload.
