Real Estate Solicitor Bedford Legal 500 Firm Competitive Salary Top Legal 500 firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a 2PQE Real Estate Associate to join their Commercial property team. The team provides a full range of legal services on all aspects of commercial property for a diverse range of high profile clients including private and public sector. They are regularly instructed by public sector clients on a range of regeneration projects, education and retail sectors are a key focus; the team is also occupied with residential development projects, agricultural work, management of large property portfolios, advising on LTA 1954 renewals, easements, covenants, service charges and land registration. You will manage your own caseload including landlord and tenant, estate management work and acquisition and disposals, provide support to more junior members of the team, liaise with clients, ensured deadlines and KPI's are met. The successful candidate will be friendly with impeccable communication skills, to able to liaise with both colleagues and clients. They should be able to meet deadlines and work closely to targets, they should be flexible and able to use their own initiative.
