£38,000 - £42,000 p/a | 40 Hour Contract - Days | Elderly & Dementia Home - Good CQC A leading Ruislip residential care home is currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager to lead the team and develop the service. For this Registered Home Manager position, the home is offering the following salary and benefits: A generous annual salary in the region of £38,000 to £42,000 A permanent contract for 40 hours per week on days Further benefits and bonus scheme will be discussed at interview As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the home and ensuring full regulatory compliance is maintained. You will manage staff, budgets and resources and will ensure a cost-efficient service is delivered which doesn’t compromise on quality of care.
