Geography Teacher / Geography NQT – Good Bexley School – 11-18yrs – September A Good and improving school in Bexley are looking for a Geography Teacher or Geography NQT to join the school in September 2020 (or sooner if you are a Geography NQT available in June/July). This school is long-established in the borough, but in the recent years they have climbed the tables and started to push towards becoming an Outstanding school again. The school has incredible facilities, modern teaching, off-site CPD days, additional inset days and longer half-term breaks. They also provide all staff the ability to complete national recognised qualifications such as the NPQML and NPQSL. The Humanities department have the most trips off site through-out the year, as well as some of the highest intake for students choosing History, Geography and Religious Education for their A Levels. Last year, 82% of students achieved an A-B at A Level, with approx. 60% of those being A and A. There is flexibility over the year groups and key stages you teach Geography to, but finding a Geography Teacher with experience or at least the desire to teach to KS5 would be great.
