Overview
Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions and older people. We are looking for warm, confident and flexible individuals to provide personalised support to service users who have learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behavior. You will be working in a respite service as part of a team, ensuring that the service is both comfortable and enjoyable for service users. You will have knowledge of working with people who may also have complex healthcare requirements. Experience of working with people that have learning disabilities is essential for this role. A relevant professional qualification, whilst desirable, is not essential.
