We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Delivery Advisor to work as part of our team in Liverpool . You will be working on a part time, permanent basis working 17.5 hours per week Wednesday pm, Thursday and Friday as part of a job share. As our Service Delivery Advisor you will be required to provide a high standard of service for customers for all aspects of the team. To offer the customer and other Agencies high level of communication at all times to ensure we are offering a quality service. Responsibilities as our Service Delivery Advisor will include: - Produce relevant reports for Senior Advisor / Management. - Maintain thorough knowledge of services as well as legislation and maritime regulations. - Ensure essential checking of Bills of Lading is completed and are dispatched as per the Customers instructions. - To be able to deal with customer complaints professionally and ensure management are aware of the details. - Reply to RFI’s from Shared Service Centres within pre-determined turnaround time. - Follow up on customs Filing requirements, ensuring instructions are issued to roll bookings where they do not comply by respective filing deadlines. - Ensure essential checking of Bills of Lading is completed and are dispatched as per the Customers instructions. - Follow up on customs Filing requirements, ensuring instructions are issued to roll bookings that are non-compliant. - Ensure on-carriage documents are received in time for through Bills. - Ensure African requirements are met for ECTN, CTN and BITEC numbers. - Ensuring issues resolved in order for Export Call Closure to be completed within HO KPI. - Problem solving when necessary. - Promote the use of CMA CGM E-Services with customers. - Manage idle containers using the relevant system, keeping customers up to date with details of containers, charges and regular invoices ensuring Head Office Idle container process is followed fully. - Issuing Demrurrage, Detention, Storage and Reefer Monitoring invoices as per Head Office procedure. - Assist with Cross Payments as required. - Provide exceptional customer service for any general telephone / e-mail enquiries. - Maintain a high level of accuracy for all functions ensuring a clear audit trail is recorded.
