Recruitment Business Partner | Education Lichfield Full time | Permanent £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Summary CCS | Compass Corporate Services are delighted to be partnering with a private education provider on the appointment of their Recruitment Business Partner. This successful organisation are looking to expand, and have a number of vacancies which they need to fill, in order to reduce agency spend. This is an exciting job opportunity for a recruitment enthusiast that has experience in recruiting at high volumes. Overview This role requires someone who is proactive in their approach and has ability to source the right candidates to support the business, and assess cultural fit enabling future growth. You'll need to demonstrate that you are driven, results focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. This job required someone who is confident in working in a stand alone position, with very little management so therefore requires someone who is a self-starter and works using their own initiative. The role would be a fantastic fit for someone who has a background in high volume recruitment (agency or in-house), is resilient and great at building relationships with candidates. You will also be confident in speaking with stakeholders and people across the business at all different levels. Additional responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Job briefing Screening candidates Writing and posting job adverts Recruitment Administration Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role Managing the process from application through to on-boarding Initially due to the location of services, some travel will be required so flexibility to do so will be essential.
