Overview

Job purpose: As part of the in-house Client Experience Team, your role will be to provide the highest levels of luxury customer service to both digital and telephone clients. You will be responsible for providing a global service offering an elevated experience as well as supporting the team with any Personal Shopping opportunities. Main responsibilities: Provide informed responses to all digital customer enquiries via all communication methods. Follow up on every customer request, resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide personalised customer service of the highest quality including handling and managing difficult situations and decisions on occasions. Proactively solve customer issues, concerns and needs in all situations. Actively prioritise wherever possible during busy periods. Liaise closely with complementary departments when required ensuring a seamless customer experience for all customers; from the point of sales, through despatch and delivery including any aftercare support. Adhere to departmental procedures, ensuring databases/ record are maintained, correct and updated regularly. Undertake additional administrative duties when required. Undertake additional departmental duties and projects when required. Show initiative, be proactive and suggest ideas to improve the current service offering. Work within the team to initiate and gather productive feedback and offer solutions.
