Mortgage Administrator Cheltenham £21,000 - £22,500 DOE Are you currently a mortgage administrator looking for your new challenge? We are excited to be partnering with a Cheltenham based mortgage services company in their search for a Mortgage Administrator. Our client is an exciting, growing business looking for an experienced administrator with an interest in the financial services industry. With an opportunity to progress, you will be working in a fast-paced and varied environment with lots of responsibility. The successful Mortgage Administrator will be required to: Act as first port of call for all incoming enquiries Accurately input data into agreed systems and ensure that the correct supporting documents are utilised during the application process Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries or correspondence from Mortgage Intermediaries, Valuers and Solicitors Manage cases alongside the advisers to ensure all paperwork and relevant documentation is completed and attached to their file Take ownership of each case through the key stages of application Use initiative to ensure smooth running of the business and to optimise business opportunities Assist in the management of the advisor’s diaries Applicant Requirements Mortgage broking administration experience Fantastic telephone manner Ability to be pro-active and use initiative to ensure tasks are completed successfully Ability to work alone without supervision Naturally organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively In return my client will offer a fantastic working environment with great benefits and the ability to progress to either office manager or mortgage advisory role.
