Graduate Trainee Developer

We are recruiting for a Trainee Developer (Computer Science Graduate) to work for a growing digital marketing company. Based in the Southend on Sea, Essex area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing agency who are made up of designers, developers and marketeers where you will be given great support to start your career as a Trainee Developer. You will need to have a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) as you will need to have the underlying skills such as number theory (binary / octal / hex ), programming concepts (object-orientated, db normalisation), compression techniques etc. You will be working as part of a development team and will work on a variety of back-end web projects, furthering your skills in programming, and learn app development and database design and management. They work on both open-source and established development stacks, so you will need a strong foundation in programming as you will be involved with a number of languages. You will need to be motivated, a quick learner and enjoy solving problems and be prepared to work hard.
