Overview
Based in Bristol, but also covering services in Glastonbury, Trowbridge and Poole Domus have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a leading Health and Social Care Charity. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the quality of the support they provide. As an Operations Director based predominantly in Bristol, you will be leading a diverse range of services which provide person-centred support to people who have sensory impairments, young people and those with autism and learning disabilities. Travel to their services in Glastonbury, Trowbridge and Poole will also be expected to ensure good coverage and excellent support is maintained across the region. This organisation run all of their services on a not-for-profit basis; instead, they invest every penny back into their services and people. They are paying £38,358 for the successful candidate. Role Responsibility Implement innovative and forward thinking practice to enable PWS to enjoy their lives, feel valued, have a presence in their community and enjoy full citizenship. Lead change successfully, have great leadership qualities and be able to listen to the people supported. You must have a full driving license. The Ideal Candidate Have a good knowledge of quality, compliance and legislation so you can support managers within their role. Experience of leading and managing strategic and operational change Experience in contributing to writing successful grant proposals and bids The services in the Southwest are diverse and cover a wide geographic area, you will need to be flexible and able to travel.
