Overview
I am currently working on behalf of a developing health and social care provider with an excellent reputation that is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager for their residential service in the Bradford area. The service supports people with Learning Disabilities and physical disabilities. They are looking for someone who is committed to quality care and a continuous improvement ethos. The service has excellent relationships with CQC, the Local Authority, Service Users and Relatives. The service has a committed team of staff who are in need of a Deputy Manager to lead their team, as the current Deputy is being promoted. Salary: £19,000-23,000 depending on experience For the Deputy Manager position you must have: Experience of working at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level for at least a year Ideally NVQL3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Experience of managing residential services A track record of working with service users with learning disabilities Good knowledge of the care standards/KLOE High expectations on delivery of person centred care, good standard of care writing, risk assessing and implementing change.
