Operations / Site Manager Our prestigious client, based in Daventry is looking for an experienced Operations / Site Manager. The company manufactures a range of specially formulated chemicals for cleaning and disinfection of critical and sterile environments. As the Operations / Site Manager, the main purpose of the role is to oversee the day to day running of production, manufacturing and quality of the end product. Duties will include overseeing the department heads to ensure that the site is running smoothly, operating to its maximum capabilities, whilst meeting business KPIs and SLAs. The Operations / Site Manager will have overall responsibility for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations to ensure delivery times are met and targets are being met on a cost-effective basis. We are looking for an innovative, hands-on Operations / Site Manager who can bring fresh ideas to the table to improve processes and move the company forward.
