Overview

A highly regarded Insurance Company has a new opening to join the delegated authority department in Nottingham where you will assist the Agency Supervisor with the development, implementation and maintenance of the company's onboarding processes within their delegated authorities framework. Working closely with the Agency Supervisor you will assist with the creation, maintenance, and completion of due diligence checks for the business in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Key duties: Support third parties with any issues they may have in a timely and effective manor, offering excellent customer service throughout. Ensure all matters are processed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Maintain agreed service levels within the Agency function and also adhere to all internal and external regulatory requirements. Demonstrate appropriate, consistent and complete consideration of customers and potential customers' interests, throughout our business, on a continuous basis. Carry out due diligence checks on all applicants and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the Agency Supervisor. To issue relevant contracts to accepted agents whilst maintaining orderly files and ensuring that relevant documentation is up-to-date. Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's due diligence processes and procedures. To be considered you must be able to display transferable experience ideally within an insurance environment such as claims, underwriting or compliance. Candidates within other FCA regulated environments will also be considered. You must be able to display evidence of dealing with contracts and carrying out due diligence with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
