Customer Service Representative/ Administrator

Our fast-growing, highly regarded Crowborough based client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service representative to effectively manage a range of customer service issues, offering them a quick and accurate response to their enquiries. Key skills and responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with the clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call Work with management team to aid with project managing orders, stay up to date with product knowledge and current prices Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers Successful applicants will always be exceptionally courteous and professional, possessing excellent verbal and written communications.
