Overview
Marc Daniels are recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join an award-winning company based in Beaconsfield. Responsibilities include: Maintain and update client's accounting records (mainly on Xero software) Accurately prepare VAT returns and submit them to HMRC Communicate effectively and professionally with clients Support colleagues and clients as necessary Occasionally prepare Management Accounts as and when required To be considered: Management Accounts experience Previous experience of bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns Experience of Xero Cloud Accounting software (advantageous) A good basic knowledge of VAT AAT Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (preferred) Sage Line 50, Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks and other accounting software Good effective communication skills Ability and self-discipline to work efficiently and effectively towards meeting VAT return submission deadlines Benefits: Friendly working culture Progressive opportunity, study support available Exposure to diverse finance function By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
