To apply or to register your interest, please call Zoe Jones on and quote Job Ref: 9855 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administer filing • Opening, closing and retrieval of client files • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch • Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up to date diary • Carry out additional tasks as and when required SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary • Accurate and numerate • Good accurate typing skills • Computer skills – good working knowledge of MS office • Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing • Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm with outstanding benefits in a highly supportive atmosphere, working with a busy and thriving Private Client team.
