Day to day you 'lll be delivering high-quality, structured training sessions in varied settings and styles to a variety of audiences, skillsets and number of delegates including but not limited to one to one, small group sessions, seminar style events and train the trainer. The team you’ll join The training team is national and constantly on the move, servicing customers from the tip of Scotland down to the south coast of England. You’ll be involved in team meetings every 8 - 10 weeks and regularly liaise with colleagues using Microsoft Teams as well as over the phone. What you’ll bring: These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success for this role, however we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them: Exceptional communication skills Confidence delivering training to a range of audiences Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills Driven to meet and exceed KPI’s Ability to work effectively on own initiative As this is a national role you must have a full, clean driving licence and be comfortable with long distance/motorway driving. There will be occasions you are required to complete training out of region, therefore flexibility is required.
