2nd Line Support Analyst £30,000-£40,000 DOE Company Benefits London If you are an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst with experience troubleshooting desktops/laptops/networks and have a passion for anything technical my client is looking for you My client is as mentioned looking to hire a full time 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their fast-paced growing team, this is a fantastic chance to join a business that offers great training and development opportunities. Main responsibilities as a 2nd Line Support Analyst; Troubleshooting desktops/laptops/networks, infrastructure, hardware and software issues. Following instructions from Senior IT Managers or Programme Directors undertaking small and medium sized IT projects. Working independently or as part of a team to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Handling escalated calls from other Stakeholders across the business. Providing support to customers via phone, email, remotely and face to face. Keeping all documents up to date and accurate ensuring that Knowledge library is current. Provide support to IT CAB in the absence of Senior IT Managers. Liaise with 3rd party service providers. Support the ongoing monitoring of and reporting performance of Infrastructure and Systems. Take ownership of Issues and IT Projects whilst co-ordinating with Service Delivery team. Essential skills required for this 2nd Line Support Analyst role; Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7,8 and 10. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012. Good understanding of Apple iOS. Working experience and practical understand of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Experience working with Active Directory. Experience of Hyper-V. Great ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly. Cisco Networking (Meraki and preferably Checkpoint) and ASA firewall. Previously worked in a multi-site environment. Must have the ability to use, manage and understand ticketing solutions correctly. Good understanding of GDPR. Previously worked in an ISO27001 certified environment. SharePoint - content, collaboration and search. Office 365 administration - provisioning, configuration, user management, application management, deployment, security and mobile device management. Microsoft Powerapps, PowerBI, Teams, Flow and Forms knowledge; expert in this area with code, low-code and no-code skills with the ability to integrate and orchestrate the application functions together. Azure - resource provisioning, networking, identity and access management with Azure AD, service provisioning. On premises Active Directory configuration and management, must be up to expert level. Desired skills; Managed Print Software experience. MTA or above. Any Azure Training. Awareness of PCI requirements. Why should you want this 2nd Line Support Analyst role?
