Registered Care Manager Salary: £13.62 per hour/£26,913.12 per annum Hours: 38 Weeks: 52 Annual Leave: 25 days plus 10 Statutory holidays (pro-rata for part time/term time roles) Contract : Permanent DBS: Enhanced with Adult barring ' Henshaws Residential Houses enables people of all ages living with sight loss and a range of other disabilities to live more independently. Our service users range from 21 years old to their 70's they are all amazing individuals who have a real zest for life. They love going to the cinema, music festivals, mountain-biking, holidays, cooking, eating out, taking part in triathlons and lots more "I want someone to support me to live the life I want to live, a life that is not restricted by my disability" (service user) We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our dual service based in Harrogate Job Summary To be the Registered Manager for a defined service as specified in the Statement of Purpose for that service ensuring a good level of care and support for the people who use the service and ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulations. Key responsibilities will include: Act as a Registered Manager for East Park Road and Robert Street To ensure that the services provided are effectively, efficiently and professionally delivered to service users, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and a high standard of service is delivered. To take overall responsibility for the provision of a flexible service that meets the development needs of people using the service, delegating duties to the Team Leader and Support Workers with Additional Responsibilities where appropriate. The ideal candidate will possess Substantial management and supervisory experience in a care environment Sound ethos and values. Treat service users with respect, dignity, privacy, choices and rights fulfilled and independence maximised.
