Registered Homecare Manager Required at HG Care Salary : £28,000 plus profit contribution Essential Qualifications: Health & Social Care Level 5 Experience: Minimum 3 years in Homecare Sector required (Essential) Brief Job Description; To provide care in accordance with current best practice, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Director, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time Providing leadership to the administration, care and employee management functions of the agency. To manage the services within the agency in accordance with the standards agreed with the Registered Manager, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations and in line with best practice. (Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required). Assist in the development of care services in Liverpool. Recruiting staff, taking on care packages and ensuring the service is of good quality. Management of the organization; •Develop effective working relationships with the management •Support an open, positive and inclusive organisational culture. •Participate in the evaluation of HG Care against agreed organisational goals, as well as business and quality objectives. •Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships. •Minimise legal risks. •Assist in the formulation and implementation of Care policies and procedures. •Work in a cost-effective manner. Care Team Leader •Participate in the evaluation of the agency against agreed organisational goals, as well as business and quality objectives. •Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships. •Minimize legal risks. •Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation •Assist in the design and administration of an evaluation of the care standards and care service provision. •Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues. •Promote the effective resolution of team conflicts. •Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services, in accordance with policies and procedures. •Take the lead responsibility for the reception, initial investigation and processing of complaints. •Manage all safeguarding incidents in line with legislation and the company’s Safeguarding Policy (CR03). •Ensure service users’ rights are protected.
