I am recruiting for an experience CAD Technician to join an international organisation operating in the construction industry on a permanent basis. The role will require you to be based at my client’s site in Nottinghamshire. My client has been a market leader within this sector for over 40 years. They have an excellent reputation for being an industry specialist in the markets and clients they supply to due to their achievements of training and development of high-quality staff to ensure each project is completed to the highest standard. As a CAD Technician you will be required further develop and grow our technical and design team in this facility. The role will involve working on a variety of building and precast projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of construction and factory production drawings of reinforced concrete structures. Person Specification for CAD Technician: HND/HNC qualification in a related discipline Good background knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing processes Fully competent in AutoCAD design packages Design orientated background essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Can work to tight deadlines Revit experience is desirable but not essential Salary and Benefits: A basic salary between £25-35K DOE 30 days holiday including BH Enhanced maternity/paternity pay Pension contributions This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89638211
