Overview
One of London's premier luxury developers are in the process of strengthening their technical team with the addition of an experienced Technical Manager. The role has become available due to the commencement of a new phase of their high-end scheme in West London. The phase makes up 220 units of the overall 750 units which are all constructed in R/C frame and also include concierge and commercial space. The role will be site based and will include the management of a Senior Technical Coordinator and report to the Design Director who is also site based. The ideal candidate will be able to display experience delivering multi-unit residential schemes and have a solid understanding of R/C frame construction gained working for either a developer or main contractor.
