Finance Analyst

This brand new opportunity as a Finance Analyst sits within our European-wide Finance Controlling team, playing a key part in contributing to the operating expenses (OPEX) follow-up process for our organisation. As our Finance Analyst, you will work with all areas of the company, including senior leadership to provide highly important information surrounding OPEX results. As part of the central finance team, you will work closely with your team members and leaders in the business to provide project accounting support, month end accounting and regular OPEX reporting data. Your role will include extracting data using both SAP and Excel in order to communicate operating expenses information to the leaders of the business, ensuring detailed commentary is received and recorded. In addition, as we work in a European wide organisation you will support with the calculation and analysis of cross country recharges and ensuring compliance with IFRS. Another important element of your role will be to support IT Project Managers with budget management and general finance queries. Some travel to our High Wycombe office will be required as part of this role. What we're looking for: You will have gained relevant experience in a finance or accounting environment with a broad understanding of various key finance principles and its purpose within an organisation. Ideally you will have gained a qualification within accountancy, finance or similar in order to demonstrate your understanding of finance. A strong level of communication skills with the confidence to be able to influence and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll have a natural flair for, and interest in analysis with a proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines. You'll enjoy working together as part of a team and demonstrate strong collaboration and agility, with a focus on delivering results.
